I am older than I look, 10 years older in fact. And I look like nothing like what I've been through. Therefore I am proud to be a life experience coach, within the field of domestic violence and sexual abuse, to use my wisdom to aid others. A victim is not a victim forever.

I offer mental coaching for domestic violence survivors. You do not have to live in a state of survival for the rest of your life. My story may rescue your life. Let my strength be your strength. I've been through it and I've survived, now I'll show you how to get out alive.

As a small business, I pride myself on personal attention and dedication to every detail. My approach is rooted in individuality and integrity, ensuring that everything I do reflects my commitment to helping women excel. You matter. Your story is unique.

 

MY story

It all began with the story of Cinderella, Medusa, and Cain & Abel all in one. For all the years of suffering as a scapegoat in a toxic dynamic in a family, that almost took my life, I am here now alive to guide other women back from the brink of certain death. Past abusive relationships and hate crime experiences are a tool to help others now. Not all prey are prey, some are bait.

I ran to the military to rescue myself. I already had C-PTSD from home, and I yelled at night. I woke up a whole company from a flashback nightmare. Today I don't suffer nightmares anymore. Today I am the enemy's worst nightmare. I sleep like a princess, and so can you!

We can fight domestic violence with military violence.

Are you sworn to confidentiality?

Yes. However, if your life is in immediate danger I must be able to contact emergency channels.

A title for the service you provide

Mindset coaching for that which you have been through, or are still going through. Tools to navigate the danger. My own personal experience in the field allows me inside tools that non survivors simply do not have. 

Where do we meet?

I do not accept visitors into my own home. I have a firm and strict boundary in between office and home, work and private.

For now, I will only accept video calls.

How long does a session last?

From 30 mins to one hour.

Do you have a special program that we follow?

It depens upon where you are in your healing journey. There are stages of course, but everything is personal, and we take it on your level.
